Description

Lactoria Cornuta Long Horned Cowfish are slow-moving and may not receive enough food; watch for signs of starvation. Feeds on crustaceons primarily, but can take a liking to ones corals. Has a fleshy mouth which can be pulled back to reveal a beak that is hard enough to break through shells. </P They are extremely fascinating, but the skin, which has bony plating underneath with only the tail the flexible part of its body, is toxic. When scared it can release a toxic chemical which can kill off many, if not all including itself, of your fish. Definately not a fish for someone trying to keep high-priced creatures.
