  This is baseline performance air filter, the Sprint Filter P08, is excellent for street legal use or a fun track day with a modified motorbike.

  The P08F1-85 is Sprint Filter’s highest performance air filter, developed over many years and now used by Factory MotoGP and SBK Racing Teams.

  Sprint Filter P037 is an ultra-fine, water-resistant air filter designed for usage in harsh environments such as dirt, water, and dust. P037 may filter particles as fine as 37 microns while offering airflow comparable to our class-leading P08 road/race air filter, making it ideal for Dual Sport motorcycles. The Sprint Filter P037’s performance has been demonstrated in testing in the Bonneville Salt Flats, where it broke several world speed records, as well as in the Bahrain Superbike Championship, when P037 was chosen particularly to cope with dusty circumstances. Sprint Filter’s P08 polyester tissue, the “standard” road/race tissue included in Sprint Filter replacement air filters, achieved the greatest airflow of any top brand filter in independent testing conducted by University of Wales – Trinity St David.

  About the P037: Sprint Filter air filters are the only ones on the market that are “water-resistant” (Sprint Filter patent, meaning SF is the only air filter manufacturer in the world that produces water-resistant air filters for internal combustion engines). The weave of the fabric ensures a remarkable filtering power of 37m, which, when paired with its water-resistant features, makes this type of air filter ideal for use in mud-filled environments (no sand or fine dust).

  Typical performances Instead of big cotton threads, the Sprint Filter polyester air filters are made up of considerably tiny fibers that are calibrated. The Sprint Filter polyester fabric enables for improved filtration and air permeability thanks to this sort of construction, as demonstrated by testing. It is important to note that the findings obtained with the cotton fabric were not consistent; this is due to the weak structure and mobility of cotton gauze; nonetheless, the following statistics are the most accurate.   The polyester filtering element is made out of a thin fabric thread that forms a mesh of several dozen microns, capable of capturing all major particles while maintaining a high air flow rate.
