Hellfire Anemones thrive best in well-established reefs with 1-3″ sand bed so they can bury their foot. Handling with gloves is recommended due to high sting power. Sting can cause severe allergic reactions.

Flow: Moderate water flow

Lighting: Moderate indirect lighting, generally in the 150-250 PAR range. 

Feeding: Will benefit from targeted supplemental feeding with foods like mysis and brine shrimp.
